I have a couple of questions about if and how physical arrangement and spaces of offices impact intrapreneurship.
I assume that office spaces have traditionally not been designed for a lot of interaction, which I suppose is critical to spur intersectional / inter-department interactions that can further spark a spirit of intrapreneurship.
There's been this move towards breaking physical silos in offices, redoing the interiors with more open spaces.
Though to spur intrapreneurship may not be the only reason for that, but has this translated in an increase in the spirit of intrapreneurship? Are there any studies around that?
