Nomination form for Culture of Innovation in Start Ups

The Culture of Innovation for Start Ups award seeks to recognise startups that have innovative practices, policies and structures aimed at encouraging ideation and innovation among all their employees; Intent is to recognise start ups that consciously imbibe the spirit of entrepreneurship within their employees to ensure the entrepreneurial mindset can be embedded and sustained beyond the initial group of founders/ core employees.

• Organisation Award
• 1 nomination per organisation
• Nominations to be filed by a member of the executive leadership team
• Focus on the internal culture of the organisation evidenced through practices and examples of encouraging employee ideation, creativity, innovation

Eligibility:

Open to applications only from Startups across all sectors.

Startups that:

• have been in existence for 7 years or less
• have an employee base of 25+ and
• may or may not have external funding.

Application Guidelines:

• Evidence of culture building efforts - practices, programs policies to encourage employee ideation
• Evidence of employee generated ideas being implemented

Nomination Fees for Startup Award is Rs 2,500/-
