Organisation Award given across 2 categories: Mature Practices and Emerging Practices

Nomination to be filled in by a company representative/ sponsor preferably from the internal innovation team.

• Startups - Not Applicable

Guidelines:

The nominated organizations should showcase:

Program Clarity: A well-defined program with clear inputs, teams involved, end results, and time frame.

Scope: Can range from complex, organisation-wide initiatives to emerging programs within specific parts of the organisation (eg a single business unit).

Operations within India: Localised oversight and a governance model.

Employee Engagement: Clear evidence of throughput, indicating employee participation with demonstrable outcomes.

Note:

• Mature Practices: Typically refers to established practices that have been in place for at least 2 or more cycles; usually organisation wide in nature with detailed supporting processes.
• Emerging Practices: Typically refers to practices that are either nascent or limited in scope and scale; these could be organisation wide or limited to certain parts of the organisation eg a single BU/location/ branch/ department etc.
