Does innovation comes on practice or by birth or by community that we are surrounded

Hi Dhurga - its both- inherited and learnt. Some people have a greater propensity towards creativity and that could be due to their genes but it can also be equally learnt and there are now studies to show both. I believe as we grow older we lose our capacity to be inquisitive and questioning as we did when we were younger hence we actually move away from exploratory to predictive contexts. As adults we start exhibiting behaviours that are transactional. If the environment does not stimulate and recognises only repeatable processes our brain too stops stretching itself..
