What do you see as a cultural benefit of your Intrapreneurship Programme?

I am researching the influence of leadership styles on intrapreneurship and am searching for some people that would be open for an interview lasting +/- 60 minutes.

Like any other balancing act, there’s never going to be a perfect equilibrium- problem solving VS forward thinking. But what keeps you from striving to strike the balance?

Thank you for asking. My Perspective. Creative skills can be trained for and does not necessarily be determined by birth. There are tools and methodologies for creative thinking and problem solving, that can inspire people to think differently.

The intention of this question , there is a myth roaming around people are born with creativity and innovation . How do you prove your team its based on the practice and effective thinking . Or is it really a born talent ?

Curiosity is essential to the learning process. Without curiosity, learners have no incentive to think laterally and approach problems from different angles. Any perspectives on how can curiosity which is essential to intrapreneuring can be both encouraged and incentivized?

Power, in its various forms, is a major determinant of an Intrapreneur’s success. When power is centralized or contained within small groups, or when departments don’t effectively collaborate, it limits opportunities for new ideas and divergent thinking.
