Who is open to help me out with my thesis by doing an interview about your intrapreneurship experiences?

I am researching the influence of leadership styles on intrapreneurship and am searching for some people that would be open for an interview lasting +/- 60 minutes.

Thank you for asking. My Perspective. Creative skills can be trained for and does not necessarily be determined by birth. There are tools and methodologies for creative thinking and problem solving, that can inspire people to think differently.

The intention of this question , there is a myth roaming around people are born with creativity and innovation . How do you prove your team its based on the practice and effective thinking . Or is it really a born talent ?

Curiosity is essential to the learning process. Without curiosity, learners have no incentive to think laterally and approach problems from different angles. Any perspectives on how can curiosity which is essential to intrapreneuring can be both encouraged and incentivized?
